We accept all dental PPO insurance plans. As a courtesy we will bill your insurance for your estimated treatment fee. The co-insurance will be due at the time services are rendered. Most dental insurance plans cover a certain percentage; it is rare to have full coverage and if Dr. Graham is not "in-network", your co-insurance may be more. We make every attempt to research your insurance coverage so that you will know what benefits you may have to utilize toward treatment.
